Portland’s waterfront terminal expansion is delayed
PORTLAND (WGME) -- Plans to change part of Portlands waterfront are being delayed for at least a month.
The Maine DOT wants to double the size of the International Marine Terminal.
The 10 million dollar proposal would expand along Commercial Street to the west side of Casco Bay Bridge.
City leaders took a closer look at the project last night and agreed with most of it, but pushed the final vote to next month.
