Westbrook hit and run injures skateboarding Standish man
WESTBROOK (WGME) -- Police are asking for the public's help after a Standish man was injured in a hit and run accident late Saturday night in Westbrook. According to the Westbrook police Facebook page, a 22-year-old man was skateboarding when he was struck near the intersection of Spring Street and William Clark Drive around 10:37 p.m. on Saturday. The vehicle left the scene after the accident, and police said the man suffered potentially serious injuries. He was taken to Maine Medical Center.
