Man arrested twice in two days in Bangor
BANGOR (WGME) -- Police say they arrested a man twice in two days after he urinated in front of children, flipped them off, and threatened to shoot people.
Police arrested 48-year-old Joseph Francis Tuesday after witnesses say he urinated in front of some kids in Bangor. Officers say he gave them a hard time and threatened to shoot people. Police arrested him and he made bail.
The next day, police say they caught Francis yelling at kids at the YMCA and giving them the middle finger. Francis was arrested again and is due back in court in May.
