Meth trafficking charges dropped against Lebanon man

LEBANON (WGME) -- A Lebanon man found guilty of meth trafficking charges had his conviction dropped.

Aaron Lowden was convicted last year, but the Supreme Judicial Court says his arrested happened before he successfully made the drug.

Officials found chemicals, laboratory equipment and a book on making meth when they searched his home.

The case was sent back to the lower court for consideration of a lesser charge.
