Holiday Tree Search On In Portland

With the snow coming down Thursday morning, no doubt many of you had the coming holiday season on your minds.

And the city of Portland is getting ready, too. They are searching for the perfect Spruce or Fir tree for the annual holiday tree lighting ceremony in Monument Square this year. The winning tree needs to be 50 to 70 feet tall and must be currently located within 20 miles of Portland. If you think your tree is the one you're asked to call Portland's Downtown district at 772-6828.
