NEW DETAILS: Hit and Run Affidavit Released
New details surrounding an alleged intentional hit and run crash in Portland that killed Roland Villacci was released Wednesday. According to the documents, Timothy Antone accused Villacci of raping his wife. In the days leading up to the alleged attack, Antone and his wife reported the sexual assault to Portland Police. According to Antone's wife, on the day of the attack, he told her he was going to "go over there and kill him." She told investigators she didn't think he would do it. Witnesses told investigators after the attack, Antone got out of his SUV, stood over Villacci and told them he did it because of the sexual assault. Police still aren't commenting on the assault, but they have confirmed that they have a sex crimes kit in their possession. Antone is charged with murder and is being held without bail at the Cumberland County Jail.
