45% Yes
55% No

Comment: We live in Harrison and have had nothing but trouble with fairpoint , we have had to call them several times on trouble with our phone and we keep getting the run around ... so do i think the bankruptcy will affect our service , how can it not they are in over their heads and don't know how to treat their customers. If we had a choice we would of moved on long ago.. to another company. They are the worst in customer service that I have ever delt with.. Just give up fairpoint you are in over your heads admit it and move on... from Harrison, maine by Colleen

Comment: There are other sources out there for people, for phone services, we have had enough trouble with Fairpoint. They have done this to themselves. from Waterville by Kristen

Comment: It's been nearly a year since we cancelled FairPoint. We've been waiting for a refund of $21.08 from FairPoint since then. Our last call to them was a week ago when billing told us yet again they would be cutting us a check. Guess we can kiss that money good bye. from Rumford,ME by Tami-Jo

Comment: Me and my mother both have Fairpoint communications and we have had trouble with them since the start they have been charging my mom too much so I think the bankruptcy will affect us. from Windham Me. by Roxanne

Comment: We moved 6 months ago and was not able to get phone services because we was a new residence. They said that would call me back never did. So all we have is a cell phone now. I really do miss not having a permanet phone. from windham, me by Sheila

Comment: what I would like to know is if they go bankrupt how does it affect employees of fairpoint. from biddeford me. 04005 by joan

Comment: I can't believe that it's going to get better! Another question re: bankruptcy. How much did the CEO of the company give up when it comes to his bonuses, pay check etc. So many companies are "restructuring" and costing so many jobs when most companies are very top heavy with CEO's, VP's etc. Where does all this stop? from Raymond, Maine by Lori

Comment: I've had no problems with Fairpoint service. They have always answered my calls and fixed any and all problems I have had promptly. from boothbay harbor by Lisa

Comment: we will bail them out like everyone else. Just have the government send them some more money from saco by Robert
