It should be the responsibility of the buyer to make sure he is in full compliance with any regulations regarding whether and where he may own, transport, keep and use a gun. In a free country, this should not be the seller's responsibility. Uncle Henry's, or any other advertising media, absolutely should not be prohibited from listing items that are for sale legally.
