Comment: First of all we've been down this road before and we( the obviously moral voters of Maine)already shot this down before so I guess the lawmakers have forgotten that. They just want SPECIAL RIGHTS and wont shut their pie hole or any holes for that matter about this. Comment: Lawmakers should lead by striking down discrimminatory practices in civil marriage. If it was left up to voters in the 1960's, the civil rights of black Americans would still be in question. Thank goodness we had legislators who eventually did the right thing. from North Yarmouth by Margy
