Homemade Pizza

The key to making a homemade pizza is being creative. It doesn't have to be the ordinary cheese and pepperoni. Go into your refrigerator and see what you can mix together. Instead of tomato sauce try olive oil.

Here are a few that we have at the Corner Room - They're quick, easy and fun to make.

The Prosciutto & Arugula - First sprinkle garlic and spread olive oil all over the flatbread leaving room for crust. While you cook, mix an arugula salad with cherry tomatoes and balsamic. After pizza is done, put salad on top with slices of prosciutto.

Doppo - Amatriciana sauce, sprinkle pecorino, grana, bake half way then crack two eggs until they're cooked sunny side up drizzle truffle oil to top it off.The Corner Room-Harding Lee Smith
