Attorney Stepehen Schwartz told News 13 that he filed the appeal on behalf of two clients - one, a businessman and another who's said to be handicap. The appeal came after judges denied injunctions and appeals to those denials Friday. One judge stated it was not his job to protect people who are charged.
Kennebunk Police were expected to release the names of those summonsed in the prostitution investigation Friday on their regular log, but withheld those names since the situation is still going through the courts.
Only two people, 29-year-old Alexis Wright and 57-year-old Mark Strong are publicly charged in connection with the investigation. Both have pleaded not guilty to more than 150 charges combined in connection with the case.
