The attorney who represented O.J. Simpson is being denied a request to practice law in Maine.
F. Lee Bailey passed the Maine Bar exam last winter, however, bar examiners say Bailey has, quote, "not demonstrated clear and convincing evidence that he possesses the requisite honesty and integrity" to practice law in maine.
He was previously disbarred from practicing in Massachusetts and Florida for mishandling 6-million-dollars in stock for a client. Bailey has a home in Maine.
