The Coast Guard says that the El Faro, a U.S. cargo ship carrying 33 people that has been missing since it encountered high winds and heavy seas from Hurricane Joaquin, sank.

CBS 13's Jon Chrisos is in Jacksonville, Fla. as the search continues for survivors, including at least four Mainers onboard.
