WASHINGTON, DC (WGME) -- Richard Blanco, from Bethel, is the first Latino, first gay man and youngest person to serve the role as the ceremony's inaugural poet. He is just the fifth person to recite a poem at a presidential inauguration, joining famed writers Robert Frost and Maya Angelou.
