I-295 Road Construction 06/15/2008 The Maine Department of Transportation has begun its work on an 18 mile stretch of Interstate 295 that will keep the road from Gardiner to Topsham shutdown on the southbound side. But the DOT is doing its best to keep you, the driver, on time, and is providing much needed information to help you in your commute.
